The lead article for this quarter’s edition is from Phil Darkins, who tells us about “Building a NYC Layout in New Zealand.” Victor Hand tells us about “NYC Signal Bridges From Photo Etched parts”, and the NYCentral Modeler staff writes about “Really Large-Scale Kitbashing.”  “Buffalo Blend – Tunnel-Top Scene Adds Depth to City Backdrop” continues Bob Shaw’s “O-Gauge Model Railroading” regular feature. Dean Apostal shows us his “HO-Scale Powered Baggage Car“.
