NYCSHS Announces September 2019 Mini

This is an opportunity for you to meet other NYCSHS modelers, bring some NYCS modeling friends, learn some new skills, understand what is available for modelers from the NYCSHS archives, and provide input to the NYCSHS modeling program. Last year’s Mini was a great success.

10:30 am – 11:30 am – “Painting & Detailing NYC Diesels” – David Mackay

11:30 am – 12:30 pm – “AMB NYC Cabooses in HO- & N-scale” – Seth Lakin

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm – Lunch  – Several nearby restaurants.

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – “NYC Modified Heavyweight Coaches” – Dave Staplin

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm – “NYCentral Modeler – You Can Contribute” – Noel Widdifield

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm – Roundtable NYCSHS Modeling Discussion

4:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Visit the NYCSHS Headquarters – “Archive Orientation – Using the NYCSHS Archive to Improve Your Modeling”

We are very excited about this event as it represents a chance for us to get to know you better and allows us to hear from you in person how we can continue to improve the support we provide to NYCSHS members who model the NYCS. The Collinwood Shop will be open at the end of the Mini for your buying pleasure.

We need for you to make a reservation for this event in the Collinwood Shop and pay the $20.00 fee to partially cover the cost of the Mini. Click here to make the reservation.
